Food at Disneyland for a 1 year old

So, this is a very specific question. I've visited Disneyland several times, and we have a two day trip coming up in less than a month, staying on the resort and with neither the time nor desire to venture outside the bubble. We visited a few years ago with my son when he was about 18 months old, but he had a full set of teeth, and could eat food from the kids menu. My daughter will be 15 months, and it looks like she won't quite have enough teeth yet for kids menu items. We would rather not bring wet baby food with us, so can the restaurants accommodate this need? Can they whip up something like a vegetable mash to serve to babies?
