For 46 days, Disney's California Adventure® Park and select locations at the Disneyland® Resort will host "The Art of Flavor," one of the most anticipated events of spring! Enjoy cooking demonstrations, seminars and recipes that reflect the Golden State's regional and culinary diversity. It's presented by Vanity Fair® Premium Napkins and Plates.

Annual Passholders Can Purchase Pre-Sale Tickets for Select Disney’s California Food & Wine Festival Signature Events

The most voracious fans of Disney’s California Food & Wine Festival know that the fifth annual Festival will celebrate “The Art of Flavor” from April 16 through May 31 this year. But the date they’re really craving is the first day of ticket sales. We’ve got that news for you today.

Tickets for selected Signature events go on sale February 4 for Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders only, at the Special Offer Page. General sales of all Festival Signature events will begin on February 16 at 10 a.m., at www.disneyland.com/foodandwine.

Annual Passholders will be able to register from February 4 through February 15 to get special reduced prices for these events: winemaker dinners, a new Brewmaster Dinner, and the Festival finale celebration “Taste Food-Wine-Life.” Annual Passholders must provide proof of membership online.

Several Disneyland Resort chefs will participate in demonstration events at Bloomingdales department stores March 24-26. Chefs, dates and times are posted below:

March 24th

Chef: Marcel St Pierre – Chef de Cuisine - Club 33, Disneyland

· Sherman Oaks 1:00pm

· Century City 5:00pm

March 25th

Christopher R Faulkner – Chef de Cuisine - Storytellers Café, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel

· Newport Beach 1:00pm

Jason Martin – Chef de Cuisine - Steakhouse 55, Disneyland Hotel

· Costa Mesa 6:00pm

March 26th

Christopher R Faulkner – Storytellers Café, Disney’s Grand California Hotel

· San Diego 6:00pm

Three of these events require reservations and a $25 fee (which is returned in the form of a $25 Bloomingdales gift card):

· Costa Mesa / South Coast Plaza
· Newport Beach / Fashion Island
· San Diego / Fashion Valley

To reserve, call the individual Bloomingdales store and ask for the Kitchen Department.

No reservation is required for the events at Sherman Oaks or Century City.

The Fifth Annual Disney's California Food & Wine Festival starts Friday with an extended schedule of events and several new venues to explore. Celebrity chef and "Food Network Superstar" Guy Fieri headlines Friday's line-up, with a culinary demonstration at 3:30 p.m., followed immediately by an autograph session where he will personalize copies of his book Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Even before Fieri takes the stage, the Festival will already have hosted 13 other sessions, ranging from Junior Chef classes to wine seminars.

Its too bad majority of the Golden Vine Winery building will be behind walls during the festival:( at least the west patio and Blue Sky Cellar are still open.

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Disney’s California Food & Wine Festival will create a kaleidoscope of culinary experiences for guests of every palate April 16-May 31 at Disney’s California Adventure park and select locations across the Disneyland Resort.
Chefs, winemakers and brewmasters will celebrate The Art of Flavor at this year’s tantalizing festival, which features entertaining culinary demonstrations, outstanding wine and spirits seminars, and delicious food, wine and beer. For details about the Festival* events, visit www.disneyland.com/foodandwine.
Look for chefs Guy Fieri and Cat Cora of Food Network, along with Disney culinary masters and special guests as they present their gastronomic talents in a full menu of complimentary demonstrations and signature paid events. The signature events include Sweet Sundays, “Taste Wine Like an Expert” classes, and Taste Food-Wine-Life, a night that celebrates the essence of the festival with a mosaic of food, wine and live entertainment.
Opening weekend features celebrity chef Guy Fieri, the popular television personality and “food dude” who appears on shows such as “Guy’s Big Bite” on the Food Network. Fieri will conduct complimentary food demonstrations on the Festival’s main stage Friday, April 16, and Saturday, April 17.
“Disney’s California Food & Wine Festival is a great time,” Fieri said. “Of course the kids love Disneyland, but now this is something extra for the adults. It’s incredible chefs, great wines from around the world and Disney. You’re gonna dig it. See you there!”
Some events, including culinary demonstrations, are included with admission to Disney’s California Adventure park. Signature events are separately ticketed and require reservations.
