Sorry for all these questions guys, last one i swear

We decided to stay at teh Pop Century instead of off-site. It includes the magical expresss, but we will be flying standby on the way there. We know what time flight we anticipate being on, if not theres one an hour later..Can we still book the magical express?

When you book DME tell them you'll be flying standby. Then they'll make a note on your reservation that you might be on a later flight than planned. I don't think it would be a problem.

As long as you have a reservation for the proper DAY you will be 100% absolutely fine. If you are forced to wait 'til the next day to fly, call DME directly at 866-599-0951 and tell them. It won't be a problem at all.

They require reservations pretty much only because it's in the contract with the airport. The only other reason for the reservations is so that they get a good ballpark figure of how many people are arriving at what time to go to what resorts, so they can pre-plan some bus dispatching and the like.

None of this will have any effect on your luggage being automatically delivered to your resort. As long as the DME tags are on the bags, and as long as your voucher is scanned as you board the bus, you'll get your luggage delivered to your room.

thanks a lot guys. i just tried doing the reservation online, but since we dont have the flight number i cant. i'm going to call tomorrow and do it, hopefully they can do it that way. also we're leaving in 11 days, so i'm not even sure the luggage tags can get to us in time. this is all such a project !

Don't even worry about the luggage tags. They have a system in place for people who didn't put them on their bags. Just skip baggage claim, check in at the DME Welcome Center, and they'll have someone claim your bags for you.
