Flying Fish or Le Cellier

Any advice greatly appreciated. I have flying fish booked for a 5.30pm on our way home from universal (we are there the day before at universal also, so should imagine we will be leaving circa 2pm) anyhow the menu looks fab but now our first choice of Le Cellier has just become available at 4.45pm.

What would people advise if you have dined at both - should I stick with what we have or go for a cheeky fast pass before going to Le Cellier?

Thank you in advance. I should add it's 2 adults 4 children aged 7 and upwards but who eat everything!!

Le Cellier is overrated. It's not bad, but not as fabulous as it gets made out to be. Stick with Flying Fish.

I prefer Le Cellier but it's not worth the hassle of a special trip to Epcot just for dinner. Flying Fish in your situation.

I had the same choice to make and I chose Flying Fish pretty easily. With the recent rave reviews for their re-opening and the new additions of AbracadaBAR and Ample Hills to the Boardwalk, I really don't need anything else

Go with the Flying Fish. Just dined there last week, first time since the referb. It was absolutely amazing. The new menu was fantastic and we didn't have one bad dish. Ask for DiDi to be your server, he's great! I've dined at Le Cellier a couple times in the past. Its pretty overrated IMHO.

I just wanted to throw in that Le Cellier has never been overrated for me - excellent steaks and warm friendly service. I ate once at Flying Fish years ago, so I don't have any input on the new version.

I have not been to Le Cellier, but Flying Fish is excellent. Try to book an early-ish dinner and then do the bike rides around the boardwalk.

My family also loves Le Cellier, but I had an incredible meal at the Flying Fish Chef's Table (pre-refurb) and have heard nothing but amazing things since it has reopened. So if I was in your shoes, I'd go for Flying Fish! (also heard the new ice cream shop on the Boardwalk is delish as well!)

Flying fish gets my vote hands down too and we've eaten at both places more then once.

Flying Fish is so overrated it's not even funny. But if you do decide to go there, make sure you make a dinner reservation for somewhere else right afterward because the portions are so small you will still be starving.

Do you need 42 oz of meat to fill the belly? Been many times and never left hungry....

Nope, don't need 42 oz of meat. But I do need more than the the pitifully small portions I have gotten when I was there. IMO, the place sucks.

this, le cellier is a rip off, use to be one of the best on property, Disney ruined it.

Definitely Flying Fish. While I think of it more for seafood the new Wagyu on their menu is getting rave reviews. We've only been to Le Cellier once and while it wasn't awful, nothing we had was worthy of all of the accolades.

Love them both...save the Park Tickets and go with Flying Fish.
