Hi! Does anyone know if the festival center sells the Flower and Garden ears even if the kiosks ran out during the weekdays?

Yeah a cast member told me the center only opened on weekends and that the ears were usually sold at the center bc the kiosks ran out while I was there on a week day. I was wondering if the center was always stocked with ears despite the kiosks running out during the week
