Flower and Garden Festival April 17-22?

Confused about something, and hoping someone could shed some light on this for me. It says they are "extending" the weekend by 2 extra days for earth day. My question is, will the festival center be open on April 22? Below is the information on Flower and Garden's website.

Festival Center Events

• Hands-on presentations on the Greenhouse Stage: 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM
• Demonstrations on the Fresh Epcot Stage: 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM

Concert Series

• Musical Act: John Seceda – NEW to the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival!

All concerts take place at America Gardens Theatre, with show times at 5:30 PM, 6:45 PM and 8:00 PM every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
