Florida Seasonal Pass + Magic Band?

Question that I'm unsure of. I went ahead and purchased my wife's Florida resident seasonal pass (or Silver pass as they're now calling it) online and received the e-confirmation. I also previously had purchased a magic band, as she didn't want to wait till after the trip in order to receive the free one. My question is, is it possible for me to go ahead and link the confirmation to the band and thus allow me to book fast passes now before our trip in two weeks? Or will I have to wait for the pass to be activated at the ticket window when we show proof of residency?

I'm assuming we have to wait, but just wanted to double check as I was unable to find anything on the disney website.

Thanks!

Link the confirmation in MDE, and your good to go.

As far as the activation of the pass, are we talking about an exchange ticket right now? If so, you would need to stop to have that swapped out to the regular media.

If you already have the pass, its already good to go, it starts the day of first use (assuming this is not a renewal we are discussing)

The band needs to be linked in MDE also - then it will work with everything you have active.

You can link the pass and make FP selections. I recently did this for my mother as well. There is a number on the back of the voucher to link it to MDE
