Florida Fun in the Sun Pass

Hi from germany,

i booked the Florida Fun in the Sun Pass to fully enjoy all DisneyParks unlimited. (it's for 30 days, starting the first day of use, i just need about 8 days, but the FITS Pass is much cheaper then a 8days hopper pass).

Now i got the voucher and i am told to change that into the original pass at all ticket desks of the 4 main parks. Can i change that pass also at PI or at the hotel desk? We arrive at PORS at about 4:30 and are not going to visit a park that day (after 10.5 hours flight i think it's not the best thing to do e.g. the world showcase walk). But we want to go to PI after a short refreshing. Because PI is included in the FITS Pass it would be great to do that change there or at the hotel. If not possible- are the ticket desks at the parks open till park closing?

Usually when they specify to redeem something at a park ticket window that is the only place that you can do that, not a resort or PI. I don't think the windows are open til the park closes but there are usually 1-2 open until late in the afternoon from what I have seen.
