Disney Floral and Gifts does great arrangements. The flowers my husband ordered were gorgeous and there were a couple different types of flowers. You can customize it and add a box of chocolates or Wishes Sparkling juice (which is amazing!) Happy anniversary!

We ordered them for our daughter's 9th b'day a few years ago. We enjoyed the park our first day & when we arrived at our resort - the beautiful "princess" package was there for her. It was perfect & magical & everything you would expect.

"Belle" was always leaving special surprises at home for her b'day. ;) So - this was really special to have something so personal from her at WDW!

Our princess will be celebrating her Sweet 16 this month. I called them again to see what I could have that would be special & personal. The Cast Member was outstanding (of course) & helped me find the perfect gift for my daughter. I can't wait to give it to her on her special day!!

Enjoy & Happy Anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has anybody ordered flowers and candy to be delivered the day you arrive? We're the flowers pretty?Did they get delivered before or after you arrived.Any other thoughts on this subject would be appreciated. We are celebrating our 47th anniversary.Thank you for your time.
First, congratulations on your anniversary!

We have had a variety of treats through Disney floral and gifts. One time someone sent flowers and a picture frame for my 50th birthday, they were beautiful. Another time we had a popcorn selection that came on a cool Mickey shaped head tray, wrapped in cellophane and ribbon and it was very festive. And then we enjoyed the popcorn during our stay.
Last year we had a (minor) disappointment. Not a huge deal but to be aware of a possible potential problem if you have your heart set on something particular. I have always coveted the Mickey bag that can be used as a cooler with a drink section on the bottom. We decided to splurge, had it monogrammed with our family name and since we enjoyed the popcorn we choose that again as the treats for inside it. (You can pick what you want in it). It was there on arrival but did not have the correct flavors of popcorn in it. When I called, the cast member who answered told me that if they are out of something they will substitute at their discretion. When I went back onto the site to check it does state that they will substitute if needed.

If you would like flowers on arrival go for it. But, something to think about is while flowers are beautiful, they don't last. Have you considered a treat that you can enjoy there and then be able to take home as a special memory?

Every trip I try to do something extra to surprise DW. On several occasions Ive used Disney Floral & Gifts services and they have consistently followed through with exceptional service and high quality products. They have a variety of packages, some inexpensive, some expensive. You can also make up packages to suit your wants. Ive ordered more of the more expensive packages. Some items were to be personalized. I told them exactly when I wanted things to appear in our room and they arranged their schedule to accommodate me. Our last trip was a combination celebration of our anniversary and DW's B-day and D F&G came through for me again.

The only time we used them it was a huge disappointment.

It was on our last trip, and DS turned 21 on the day we travelled. So after a journey of around 20 hours door to door, when we checked in around 6pm, I asked the CMs if the cake could be delivered to our room whilst we went up to TOTWL at Bay Lake. We were staying there. CMs phoned Floral people and told them we had arrived.

Immediately after Wishes finished we staggered down to our room. No cake. We were all shattered, so I went down to the front desk. The CMs were very apologetic and phoned the people again. They eventually turned up around 11pm. DS and his brother were asleep, DH and I were ready for bed and only still up because the cake had still to be delivered.

We ended up having the champagne and cake the next day, but it was somewhat disappointing it wasn’t delivered when they said it would be, and had to be phoned twice. I guess I should have complained, but we just let it go. For what it cost, the cake was just OK. Glad we had brought the champagne ourselves (duty free from Heathrow).

Are cakes handled by Disney Floral and Gifts now? I was under the impression cakes were delivered from the bakery baking the cake. Im
pretty sure Florala and gifts is separate.

Used them several times, both for my own family as we were traveling there, but I have also ordered gifts for other people traveling to Disney when I wasn’t vacationing (like my nephew when he was there for his birthday). We have had things delivered typically on the first day we arrived, and sometimes the second. We have ordered gifts and cakes, both without a problem. It is convenient and festive. Happy Anniversary and have a great trip!

Awesome idea, I'm so glad I saw this post... I'm also celebrating an anniversary on the day we arrive, Sunday, and didn't know this service was available. I just called them up and they said they could hook me up with this short notice... big big big points to be scored this year :)
