Hey,
The last few years, I have seen a show (think it has been there other years, but there are many years that I did not even GO to the fair) at the Texas State Fair called "Birds of the World" (I think). The people that do it say that they are based in Orlando, and there are many similarities to "Flights of Wonder". For example, they feature only natural behaviors, which--if I remember correctly--include the catching of grapes by a bird and the rubber lizard smashing. Also, there is the line about all the rodents being gone after they brought the birds of prey. "That problem is behind us now"--same line in both shows.
Also the same is a bird getting money from a guest and guests being invited on stage to take a picture of a bird that will land just above their heads.
SO... now to my question... does anyone know if the same company runs these two things? Maybe they run "Flights" and also have a group that travels to different locations for shows? They are just too similar for me to think that they are different companies... After seeing flights again, I was struck by the similarities and am just curious about it...
