I do not ride any rides that trigger my fear of heights or falling from a certain height lol. Will I be scared on this ride? How about kali river rapids?

Don't ride either one.

The entire premise of Flight of Passage is falling / flying / diving from a rookery (i.e. a giant dragon's nest inside floating mountains). Kali River Rapids isn't scary, it's just a terrible ride.
I’m assuming FOP has a soarin premise ? Correct?
Navi river journey then... Ok to ride that?

Flight of Passage is a simulator, but a realistic feelling one and you're flying on a banshee. Are you able to go on Soarin, or does that scare you too? If you can go on Soarin, Flight of Passage would probably be fine, but if you don't like going on Soarin then don't go on Flight of Passage.

I have vertigo and Flights of Passage did trigger it. I had to look behind me and to the side to ground myself because the sensation of heights and falling is very real. Well actually, Flights of Passage is, I think, 3 rows of seats so if you're seated up on the top row then you are sitting high up off the ground and when the ride starts you could be looking down. Google pictures of the ride and you can see what I'm talking about as it's hard for me to explain. You can close your eyes during the drops if it gets too intense.

Kali River Rapids is fine. There is one drop but it's over before you know it. And if you're the unlucky one to get stuck going down it backwards (only to be met with a wall of water at the bottom) then you won't even see the drop.

Yes I can do soarin but I request to be on the bottom row. Thanks! I’d figure it was a soarin type situation.

I would say if you can do Pirates, then you can do Kali River. The hill on Kali River is only a little bit longer than the one on Pirates and isn't really any more intense other than you can sometimes spin a little on the raft right as you start the drop. The real thrill is anticipating if the wave of water is going to get you or not, not really the hill itself.

If the drop on Pirates terrifies you or makes you uncomfortable, then I would say avoid Kali River.

As for FoP, like others said - if you can do Soarin', you can probably do Flight of Passage. If Soarin' is too intense, then Flight of Passage is definitely a big N-O for you.

Kali was a fun little ride when all the scenes and effects were operating or if is a normally extremely hot Florida summer day.

If you love Soarin' and Star Tours, you will probably love Flight of Passage. If they both make you nauseous like they do me because your eyes are working too hard to keep up with the fast pace of the scenery, then I'd pass. My stomach drops in all 3 of these rides. Kali is fun, a great family fun ride in my opinion. Some bumps, some laughs, some splashes. I agree with others, it's like Splash Mountain but without the huge drop. 20 years ago I would have had a different answer, but with older eyes come a different perspective on some of the newer rides like FOP. Have fun!
