Flights of Fantasy Parade- Debuts

As part of Hong Kong Disneylands 5th Anniversary they got another new parade by Steve Davison(the other being Mickey's Waterworks Parade).

Hopefully this will be a great indication of what Disneyland's Soundsational Parade will be like later this spring. Steve sure does amazing work!!!

What a great parade -- with colorful, detailed, kinetic floats and incredibly catchy music. My only minor quibble is the fact that some of the floats don't really have anything to do with flying -- an Aladdin/Magic Carpet float would have been a natural choice, rather than some of the jungle-themed stuff.

It's pretty much everything the Countdown to Fun parade is not -- even if different creative teams worked on them, it's kind of hard to believe that they're both products of the same company.

I wonder if anyone at WDW management or entertainment has seen this yet? It's makes just about every "live" entertainment offering at WDW pretty embarassing.

It sure does... I think flights of fantasy would have been a great parade at WDW, in the perfect world haha. Maybe once Soundsational at DL is completed maybe Steve Davison will create a parade for WDW? Id like to think the "dreams come true parade" has just about reached its end...
