Flick's Fun Fair

So I'm catching up on the posts, and there is suddenly talk of Flick's Fun Fair being built at Animal Kingdom.

What I can't find is any mention where this rumor came from. Is this cast rumblings? Musings from another board? Vast conspiracy of WDWMagic members seeing how far they can push a bogus idea?

I mean, if you're going to push a bogus idea, let's at least get a bogus budget behind it.
