This is the new hotel where the Annabella used to be? So will the Hotel be open or maybe it's open now?

Yes, the Westin is next door to the Convention Center.

The Westin nor anything else on property has open. Fleming's will be the first thing, on the West Side of the property.

The Hotel itself has a planned June, 2021 opening.

Fabulous news, Darkbeer! :)

I'll say it again, if everything can survive into 2022, Anaheim will have about the only spot in the nation with the three big steakhouse chains all within walking distance of each other; Morton's, Ruth Chris, and now Flemings.

I would say it depends on how soon conventions resume. Currently, the ACC website has events scheduled starting in April. So I wouldn't call it doomed.

It's an incredibly important part of Anaheim's economy, and the entire OC economy! It's the largest convention center by far on the West Coast, and in the Top 5 convention centers in the nation.

Without the ACC and all those expense account dinners that conventions bring in, there's a giant gaping hole in Anaheim's economy and the Anaheim Resort District's entire business plan.
