FLE Trip Report

My wife and I just got back from WDW and a trip to the FLE expansion. We made a one day trip, just so we could see the new FLE. We arrived the evening of December 25 and left at noon on December 26. Spending one evening looking around and the morning visiting all the attractions. I guess the main reason I am writing this review is that both of us kind of said to each other when leaving; "Is that all there is."

We felt that the the best part of the FLE was eating at the Be are Guest for lunch and even that was nice but did not live up to the expectations.

Was it just us or we excepting to much from the FLE.

Well I suppose it depends what you were expecting. We just saw it 2 weeks ago. I felt that the theming of the Beast's Castle and Gaston's Tavern was beautiful. The Circus and Storybook areas was cute for little ones. And Ariel's Under the Sea ride was beautifully done (but only worth a FP wait, not a 2 hour standby wait). It looks like the Seven Dwarfs mine ride will be exciting when complete. It's just an expansion of a particular area of the park, not a whole new theme park, but I thought it was lovely.

I dont think anyone can make a true assumption of the new area until it is fully complete!
