Friends and family live in FL from NY/NJ, never heard of these places.
-Geodarnos is one of Chicago’s “big three” Chicago style Pizza chains (the other two being Gino’s and Lou’s)

-Portillos is an experience, it serves Chicago style hot dogs, Italian Beef Sandwiches, among other things. It’s also well known for its signature dessert the Chocolate Cake Shake. (Feel free to search comedian Gabriel Iglesias aka Fluffy bit on this, it’s fantastic)

Culver’s: Originating out of Wisconsin and now stretching from Florida to Ohio to the Dakotas and down to Texas it’s a frozen custard burger joint. They serve fresh never frozen “butter burgers” (they butter and grill the buns) and frozen custard products (Richer creamier then ice cream because it contains eggs.). It will be in NY/NJ soon as they are expanding like gang busters. You should try it if you see it.

Know some from NJ who are very loyal to long-time food establishments. A Culvers could be a hard sell unless it locates in tourist Atlantic City or Jersey shore areas where vacationers go

Culver’s is just a “Meh” burger/ice cream joint. It will fit right in with Orlando’s
“Food sprawl”

New Jersey had more “taste cred” before it embraced 600 chipotles 😎

'In defense of Culver's. My Wisconsinite daughter takes friends to Culver's to have the "food of her people" in Orlando and says it's just not as good as home, especially the curds.

But they have a pretty good fish fry for a fast food place.

Culver’s has the best burgers of any fast food chain, better than 5 guys, better than in and out. The custard is also great, outside of a good mom&pop place (most of which are located in the Milwaukee metro area) you won’t find better. The curds and fries are serviceable, not bad, not amazing, but solid. Their chicken, pork and fish are also quite good, but I usually can’t not pick the burger.

I'd give Skyline a few years until it closes at Flamingo.

not sure the lines will slow down that soon. There are at least 5 other locations in the state so they seem to do ok down here. The one I lived near in Sunrise FL has probably been there for at least 40 years.
