FL resident discount

So we are headed to WDW on October 22-29th (WHOOT!). My sister who lives in Ft Lauderdale and her two kids have been saving to meet us up there and were going to stay off site. I would really like to have them stay at POFQ with us (in their own room) and I see Disney released FL resident discounts for that time. My question is what sort of documentation do they require for booking? I would like to do this as a surprise for them but I am not sure what Disney requires to prove residency.:shrug:

Florida Resident Tickets and Passes:
Proof of a Florida residential address is required. For each adult ticket purchased, you may provide any of the following:

• Florida driver's license
• Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
• Florida-based military ID

The persons who will use the Florida Resident adult tickets must be present at the time of ticket pick up. If you do not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each adult ticket purchased you must provide one of the following dated within the last two months and evidencing a Florida residential address together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver's license, state identification card):

• Monthly mortgage statement
• Florida vehicle registration or title
• Homeowner's insurance policy or bill
• Automobile insurance policy or bill
• Utility bill
• Mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement
• Mail from a Federal, State, County or City government agency

call disney and tell them what you plan on doing tell them when you get there you will give them proof

Yes that was my thought as well. We make our ressies through a third party who has good discounts but I am sure they can make these arrangements as well. My sister has been scrimping to be able to afford to stay offsite with her two kids and I would love to get them in with us at POFQ so we can spend all of our family time together and not orchestrating "meeting up" plus that way when we take our mid-day break back at the pool/resort (an absolute must for our seven year old) they will be able to join us and not feel excluded. I will give it a try and see how it goes.
