FL resident discount during summer??

Does Disney do a FL resident discount during the summer. Putting together my summer plans and don't want to book if they're going to do a resident discount. They don't have it out now and according to Disney Reservations they don't know if/when. She told me some years they do, some the don't. Just looking to see if anyone on here had any "inside" info. Thanks.
