FL Res. Seasonal Blockout Date Change?

I was told that the Florida Resident Seasonal Pass Holder's are receiving mailed notifications that the block out dates have been lifted 4 weeks early. Meaning, we are now able to return to the parks as of 7/22 instead of the original 8/19 date? I have yet to receive anything. Is this true?

Yes it is true. Visitation to WDW has been less than they had projected.

That's what I figured. Well, the girlfriend and I will have to move up our visit date. I only live about 3.5 hours away, so we can shove in a weekend visit. We can't get enough, but I know you guys understand that. Well, the low attendace is our early gain!
