Five in a 1-bedroom at BC Villas?

Sorry that this is a repeat qustion, but we're deciding where to stay and want to make the reservations this weekend. We considered BC Villas 2 bedroom (we have five in our family) but it is not available for our dates. The one bedroom only sleeps four - but can we "cheat" and get a fifth person in the room? I understand someone would have to sleep on the floor - they won't provide a rollaway - but if they saw we had five in the room would they move us out? These aren't small kids - we'll have three adults and two teenagers. It seems strange that the cheaper and smaller rooms at BC sleep five, but the 1 bedroom villa doesn't. Anyone hear of five people in a one bedroom BC villa room?

I don't think "throwing out" is a question here (although they may charge you extra because of the room occupancy) I think you need to ask yourself isn't it going to be rather cramped ? What about privacy for one another.
My own thoughts would be to down grade and stay somewhere where you can afford two rooms (or at least a fifth bed) - Would you be happy on the hard floor while everyone else sleeps comfortably ??

Point well taken - but some quick background. We want to stay in the Epcot resort area. We've been at BC twice before and love it. Two rooms at the Swan is our other option. We did five in our room at GF a few years ago and while it was cramped it was OK. My wife is less interested in the parks and will stay back often, so the resort itself is important. I figured the 1 bedroom villa is bigger than the room at BC (or GF) that sleeps five. But granted - sleeping on the floor sounds OK now, but probably won't after a long day at one of the parks.

Hi, I think I answered you question before. We are new DVC members and take our 1st trip to BCV tmw, so I may have a better idea next week on how to answer this.

The lay out for the one bedrooms can be different, with one king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the main room. This would not be comfortable for 5 full size people. I mean you are talking 3 people in a bed if that is the case.

If you want BCV consider renting points and getting a 2 bedroom. (www.disboards.com com can help you, they go for around 10 a point and it is 40 points a week night and 75 on Friday and Saturday.) You can save a lot of money by not staying there on the weekend. The villas are better for the kicthen and washer and dryer, not only sleeping space. Sleeping space can be less compared to other room where all your space is for sleeping.

They may not even LET you have 5 in a room for a very good reason. We will have 4 adults and one baby for 2 nights of our trip (inlaws will visit for a short time), this is alowd. And I expcet it will be cramped.

Good luck, I can let you know after March 7th how the 1 bedroom villas are. Also you can look at dvcmember.com and they have room layouts and pictures. Members at disboards are helpful on room layouts too.
