Fitting on Rides

Hope someone can help with this, me and my wife are going to Universal last week in Oct. I'm a large guy 6'4" 340 lbs, I'm trying to lose some weight but don't know how successful I'll be. I want to experience as many rides as possible but think I may have some issues, anyone out there able to provide some info, height and weight restrictions I've found really only show for someone too small to ride not too big.

I'm tall (6'6") but of a respectable weight. I have legroom issues - Space Mtn and R'N'R come to mind. I can ride them but its not the best

Looking at your avatar (I'm assuming that's you in the green shirt) we have pretty similar builds, I'm 6'2" 300

I can't ride forbidden journey even after loosing 50 lbs, shoulders are too wide

The way my knees rise on rip ride rocket make it tough but doable though I don't bother because to me it is a boring ride

Mummy and gringots are tough but as my weight drops have been easier and easier

Hulk and dragons I need to go to the special seat because my shoulders are above the pivot point of the over the shoulder restraints

Everything else is easy to fit in
So forbidden journey I would guess to be the only definite no. Everything else is a maybe to yes

Thanks everyone so far for the responses, I hope to maybe make at least some sort of dent in my weight to at least make what attractions i can get on more comfortable.
