First trip without daughter

Our daughter learned that she may not be able to go with us on our upcoming trip in October. She is due to start college in August and will likely not be able to take the week break to go with us. This is going to feel really weird without her. Has anyone else had to do this? How easy would it really be for her to get a break in scheduling for that week so close to the beginning of the school semester?

I've been planning my first trip without.. Anyone! Always been kind of most comfortable alone. So I figure I'm gonna try hitting Disney on my own and meeting people as I go.

It all depends on her schedule and the professors she has. If she went to all of the professors of classes she would miss and asked what to do to work out missing a class or two she may be fine. Professors can be flexible, sometimes
