First Trip since 2014

Looking for any advice to an experienced WDW visitor (10+ lifetime trips including several since 2000), planning trip for this November-first one in 7 years. Very familiar with current COVID restrictions and impacts to park operations (and of course none of us know how long those will be in place). Looking at our typical family trip with 4 adults (yes our kids are no longer kids), 5 days, booking family suite at Art of Animation. Travel day and next day at MK, followed by one day each at EPCOT, DS and AK. Will consider MK Holiday Party in evening if offered. We avoid EMH at parks but typically hit park when opens at regular hours and stay to close, we are not park hoppers. Also usually not that interested in dinner reservations, but would consider dining plans if offered, we tend to go with counter service to save time and also allow flexibility in time that one does not get if locked into sit down service dining. We are are really experienced and well versed in all things WDW in terms of planning, attractions, FastPasses, Disney Dining, so just wondering of other aspects of planning and actual visit we should be aware of having not been in past 7 years. Thanks

No DDP as of now. Theres some speculation if its even going to make a return. Mobile ordering is a different aspect youll have to do with QS. Some guests are saying theres delays in getting orders and getting food that comes out hot. Others say its convenient but because of the sooo many guests ordering, theres a lack of seats to sit at once food arrives. The attraction lines due to social distancing are reaching further out into the parks and in some cases guest say the ends of the lines can be difficult to find.

thanks! 11 months is a long way from now certainly much will change in regards to covid and park operations, will certainly have to watch in early fall and plan/adapt accordingly but assuming by then much will be back to normal. Interesting to see how crowds bounce back plus any 50th anniversary events WDW may have in place. Took my family to DL in 2005 for their 50th. Reason for this trip timing also is because I first went to WDW with parents and siblings during Christmas 1971-yep first holidays at WDW. And missed up my post, last trip to WDW was 2016.
