First Trip Ever!! Scheduling panic and ECV use

I've been attempting to plan, for what seems like forever now, a first time ever trip to WDW and trying not to panic. Everyone here has amazing tips that have been so helpful. Thank You All!

I'm in a mild panic because I apparently wasn't paying attention (note to self-don't take planning breaks) and learned (from a post :-)) that F&W has been moved up a week. When I booked this trip we were planning to be there before F&W started to avoid as many crowds as possible. I have now moved our second Epcot day off of the weekend and am hoping that will help.

I'm quite nervous also about my parents using ECV's and the amount of time it may take getting on the buses with them. This may be the largest stressor of the planning....
We will be staying at POFQ.

Coming up on our 180 day mark for ADR's.......oh boy!
Please help calm me down, pat my head and tell me it is all going to be o.k.! ;-)

No need to panic. The folks at Disney are great when comes to dealing with ECVs. It will take a few minutes extra to get them on the buses, so leave a little extra time for that if you need to get to ADR or a show. We took my Dad's ECV on the buses, boats, monorail, and even the train at AK.

another don't worry vote. from reading your post, it looks like you got it all under control. my biggest piece of advice? don't do to yourself what I do to myself.
I plan and schedule and plan and schedule, and something always goes wrong! don't blame yourself, second guess yourself, worry. can't fix it and every detail doesn't need to be perfect to have a WONDERFUL experience at Disneyworld. when I stopped trying to make everything "ideal" , and accepted "good", I had more fun.
relax and enjoy, you did your homework. it will all be good
as far as the ECV, no sweat. Disney is a champ with this. yes, it takes longer to load a bus, but they do it all day every day. they got this! and boats and monorails, no extra time. as soon as they see an ecv at the monorail, bunches of CMs run over with the loading ramp. never held us up.

If or when anything goes wrong just go with it and remember your at Disney! Husband uses a ECV and most of the time not a problem. Sometimes at the end of the night returning to the resort there is a long line for ECV's to board the bus because there is so many people using them, but no big deal just be patient.

Thanks to you all! Your kind words and advice are appreciated.
It's hard to pause and take a breath sometimes especially when you are hoping for it to be a amazing vacation to remember.
Trying to not think about making it perfect because what vacation ever is, right?! I like the advice to accept it to be what it will be...just have to change the brain ;-)
It's good to know that the ECV's might not be as much of a problem. I didn't even consider that the CM's would even assist with them.
