The Boo To You parade is a must see. It was our family's favorite thing about the party. Give yourself time to get a good front row seat. And get there early enough before 4:00 pm to account for the crowds going through security. We didn't and we didn't get in until way later than we intended.

I assume the new fireworks will be good, but I'd say the only must do is the parade. The lines may or may not be all that short. The meet and greets usually have pretty darn long lines. The parade requires finding a spot earlier (less so for the later parade), but it's worth it. Their best parade by far, and it's a night parade.

we will be doing animal kingdom that morning for a few things we want there, and then we will be hopping over to MK for the rest of the day and the party. I want to see the parade and fireworks, then i figure we will get the rides we want after that. Now to see if i can talk her into a costume!

Ditto to the stage show and parade. The later times might be less crowded. I hit the rides and the candy early then watch the late show and parade.

We looked at the park hours, and it made more sense to get the party tickets to get more park time on our short trip this time, plus weve never done it, and it looks super cool!

Looks like early AK on sunday, then over to MK for the rest of the day and party. Monday we will do a few things at Hollywood in the morning, and then EPCOT!

I know better to even attempt to get near star wars land weeks after it opens, so it will be more for toy story mania, check out a few things get some photos, and Get out!

It's a lot of fun. Also look for the ghosts outside of Haunted Mansion. They are hilarious. Hope they're still there this year.

Wear some sort of costume! It doesn't have to be elaborate, but it is much more fun.

Be in place for the parade early so that you don't miss the Headless Horseman. We do the rides early, and tend to focus mainly on the ones with special party enhancements, like Space Mt, Pirates, and HM. If we want to buy party merchandise, we get those early. Generally, the candy lines aren't long, so we hit those as we go- be sure to take a backpack to put your candy bag in. Also, they hand out candy in Mickey's Philarmagic, so we like to sit, rest, and watch some of the old movies they show, such as Skeleton Dance and Ichabod Crane.

We always catch both parades and the last Hocus Pocus show, which ends the night on a fun note.

I cant choose a go to thing. I'd say DO AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. Everything is fantastic. Look at the schedule and plan out your wants and target them first. The M& G's are very popular, some much more than others, and lines grow quickly. The parade & fireworks are exceptional. The headless horseman's ride passes by fairly quickly so be ready for your camera shots. If you do wear costumes make them light and comfortable because it does get hot. This event beats all others and is well worth the ticket.

maybe ill make a shirt that just says FIGMENT on it. Ive always dreamed of doing a costume for the dreamfinder, but no time to grow the full beard before the trip ha! im excited!! HM is one of our favorites, so thats a must do anyways, and who doesnt love candy! especially with the drive back on tuesday.

were not huge on the meet and greets, id be happier to steal a shot of the rare character from a distance than stand in line. Candy as we go, parade and the shows seem good, and then sprinkle in some rides. Im a pin guy, so ill have to get some party specific ones for sure!

Our whole family wore costumes, and it was a blast. ...albeit a little warm.
The parade is a must see.

Oh, and get there before 4. We got there around 2. Actually, we were there all day, but took a long lunch to go get our costumes on.

im trying to talk her into costumes. Ive got a great DIY idea that i might try for myself, but ive got some time to talk her into something.

Our day currently is planned to hit AK extra magic hours in the morning first, do what things we want there, grab a nap, and then head over to MK around 1 or 2.
