are you sure that's not Jay's smell after he's been lurrking around in there???? :drevil:

it's gotta be that ride on the monorail over to baggage claim... we always joke that it's the first 'attraction'... just setting foot in the airport though (MCO) gives me that 'you're on vacation feeling'

but there is a second shot of it when we finally make it to the resort... not to even mention when we finally make it to the parks!!!

i think i need a bit of that right now...

Absolutely... we were talking about it in one of the "Best Ride" threads. MCO is such a beautiful airport... I just love the main part of it (as you walk from the hallway into the big area where the hotel is). Although perhaps another reason MCO is so beautiful is that the last airport I see before it is Newark!! :hurl: :hurl:

Okay, here I go!

Since I am a Floridian, and always drive to Disney, I officially feel I am there when getting on their property. The purple signs, and monorail riding next to the car, (while driving to the MK resorts)

The busses, the awesome ToT advertisement, the AM station telling you about the latest things to see! And finally...driving under the water way and seeing the Contemporary. aahhh, wish I was there now!

About the water! , I live in Miami. Personally, I do not care for the Orlando water. I'll drink it, but I not too much of it. It does always reminds me of Disney, but too much iron in it gives it a bad after taste, so in response to what someone said about the water, to me, its ussually a bad thing!

:p

First thing I like to do is check in, put on my bathing suit, grab a drink and chill by the pool...at least I can start out the vacation relaxing. :)

I'm Here!!

I feel I am at Disney World when you get off I-4 and onto the main road through Walt Disney World, there is almost nothing like seeing the archway and seeing that from the junction to the first off ramp is longer than all of Disney property in CA!!:sohappy:
