Busy 24 hours.
Flew from Nor Cal (10:50pm - 9:30am). 11:30 am arrived at AK and were able to upgrade to a one bedroom Savanna view for the entire week! WOW! Can't believe we got that lucky! Had lunch at Sanaa ~ gave me heartburn ~ but the mango smoothies were the best I've ever had (though a little on the small side). The service and atmosphere were excellent. Went to our reserved Hoopdeedoo Dinner Theater at 8am after a nap. Really fun show & good food! Favorites were the corn bread & strawberry shortcake. Hoopdeedoo is a blast!.
Magic Kingdom had magic hours from 11pm to 1am so we closed the park (no lines at all except a 10min wait at Space Moutain). Returned home to our Savanna view. Great start to and epic vacation!
No Animals out our window... see for yourself! Soooo amazing! Took these photos today around 4pm from the back deck off our room. Many more deer & wildebeest plus various other animals & birds right from the back deck of our incredible room! Hardest part now is I want to spend more time in our room. What an incredible atmosphere to kick back after a run at the parks!
