Fireworks on Disney Magic

After a wait of four years, DCL has been approved to have fireworks on their ship, Disney Magic. The fireworks will play on the Pirates on the Caribbean Party night.

Thats great news. I always enjoyed going up and seeing the fireworks, it was a nice touch. Did they get approved to do fireworks on the Wonder?

Just got back from the Nov 27th Disney Magic cruise. We were the first cruise to see the new fireworks display. It was very nice but its no WISH :lol: They where med burst in size, but were real close to ship. The fireworks display was on the St Maarten to St Thomas leg, since that is the only time the captain can slow ship down to about 9 knots. They are launching them from the aft end of ship (on top of Palo’s) with the burst near midship starboard side. Have attached a photo of non-Disney workers installing fireworks launch system. BTW the show started at 11pm
