Fireworks every night?

As I'm sure you have guessed, we've never been to WDW! I'm a planning freak, and I'm confused about if there are fireworks shows (Illuminations, Fantasmic, what ever else goes on at night....) every night, or just special nights during the week. We are going during a slow time (early December) and the calendar of events isn't available from WDW website yet. We are only spending 5 nights and I would like to see as much as possible. If anyone has gone during that time of year, has some input about what is available, I would appreciate it!!

Thats great that you are going on your first WDW trip. You are going to have a blast. All the night time fireworks shows are increadible. You should try and see wishes (fireworks at MK) on a night that they are also having Spectromagic (light parade). They are both awesome and make for a great night at MK.

Since you are going in early December, I would get tickets to the Very Merry Christmas Party. The fireworks that night were really good.

Have fun! Last December was my first time at Disney!! You'll have a blast

Keep in mind that on special event nights - ones that require a seperate admission such as Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party or Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party - the fireworks are shown only to the special event guests. The park closes early on those nights - most often around 6pm - which leaves no time nor suitable darkness for the fireworks to be shown to the day guests.

But yes, they do have fireworks every night.

Wishes does not go off during Grad Nights, though.
This will be the last year that happens. Next year Wishes will be presented to day guests before closing for Grad Nite.

This also may be changing. We are in the process of expanding our launch area to accomodate two shows being loaded. So two fireworks shows a night will be possible within the year. And they didn't spend all this money to have the new bunkers just sit around. Keep watching.
