Finding Nemo for the PC/MAC XBOX ( geek labs system of choice ) and Game Cube priced at 20$

Sorry PSX2 owners they still list it at 29$ for your system

Yes, on XBOX it is now a "Platinum Hits" title, which means it's available for $19.99. I'm not sure if GameCube has it as a "Player's Choice" ($19.99 game) title though.

Finding Nemo is on sale this week at Target for $16.88--PS2 game.

I'm with JackSkellington, Finding Nemo is not a good game. I picked it up for the GC for my son when it came out and was very dissapointed. The biggest problem with the game (maybe its only the GC version) is the load times. In hindsight, I wouldn't pay more than $9.99 for this game.
