finally linked hotel to my disney experience but....

thankyou to everyone that helped before,we have finally got the number for our reservation to be linked to my disney experience.....the only problem is when we go to the guest page it says weve got 2 children.....we havent got any, and obviously cant enter names. we went to see travel agent again and they said to put n/a in the boxes, but you cant do that. has this happened to anyone else and how did you get it fixed?

Yes you need to call Disney and ask for Internet tech support. They fixed ours. It did crazy things too! GL

Yes call tech support, there have been a variety of glitches, but it's an easy fix. 407-939-7765
