I just bought a brand new Video Camera, and I wanted to know, what do they to to you if you film even when they say you shouldn't? Do they tell you to stop, do they confiscate the film, do they throw you outta the park? After hearing about the M:S pod picture crisis, I'm paranoid. :lookaroun

Well, I know you definately aren't allowed to film during The Magic of Disney Animation and movies such as back to neverland and Ellen's Evergy Crisis, etc. Pre shows are ok I guess.

Yeah, I assumed that you wouldn't be allowed to film TMDA or any movies. The other day when I took a state test, they said no photography or videotaping allowed! :veryconfu

Use the "search facility" - there is a huge thread covering this point - generally its ok to film unless you're told otherwise. I suggest that if you are told then follow that advice - It could save you from being escorted out of the parks.

while there is no official guideline, this is the general rule of thumb:

first time- warning
second time- warning
third time- film/tape is pulled
fourth time- escorted from ride/show
fifth time- escorted from park

this is providing that it's all in the same event...

What if your being curdious and not having you LCD Screen Open?

It doesn't matter, there are some attractions that you just aren't allowed to videotape on period. But on attractions you are allowed to, you should always be respectful of others and close your lcd screen.
