So we haven't been since Sept 2013.. I know I know..not that long ago..but I know there has been a lot of changes. I haven really read the boards and fear I won't have time to figure out all that's changed and is new..so someone highlight me please!!

A lot of changes going on over at Hollywood Studios.
-Backlot tour is closed
-The hat is going to be removed sooner or later
-Frozen has taken over. The temporary Frozen exhibit that was in Sound Stage 1 is now over in the old Backlot area and is rumored to be up "indefinitely"

Magic Kingdom
-New Fantasyland is complete
-New Haunted Mansion Store

Epcot
-More Sinkholes
-Maelstrom is closed and is getting a Frozen retheme
-Off Kilter, Mo-Rokin, and the fife and drum corp are gone. Replaced by some lackluster in my opinion performances.

AK
-New Africa additions
-Tree of life refurb

Resorts
-Beach Club is getting a 20 month refurb
-DVC Villas

Guest Experience
-Magicband rollout to all guests
-Updated My Disney Experience and booking of FastPass and Dining Reservations
-Slight Price increases

Downtown Disney (Now Disney Springs)
-Work continues. It's a madhouse with all the construction but things are moving along

I probably missed stuff but this is what I can remember off the top of my head.

Festival of Fantasy Parade - must do!
princess fairytale hall opened
living w/ the land got some minor audio updates
starbucks opened in MK, Epcot, DTD (2 locations) & one is under construction in HS
expanded bus station at MK
rose garden & swan boat station are no more in MK
Africa expansion of AK
Festival of the lion king was moved to the expanded Africa area
Camp Minnie Mickey is no longer
pools close at certain times now
you must have entitlements left on your ticket if you want to add additional days
Backlot tour is closed
Maelstrom is closed, american idol is closed
a few Epcot entertainment was replaced or cut... Off Kilter, Spirit of America, World Showcase players & Mo'rockin
construction walls everywhere (Ak for Avatar & rivers of light, MK hub expansion, HS is being overhauled, Downtown Disney is 60% under construction turning into Disney springs)
Kouzzina closed, being replaced by something else.
Oh and the Villas at Grand Floridian opened.
Poly dvc is in full swing. The pool is closed.
CBR got renovated rooms, now sleep 5, and looks amazing!
No more boat rentals at POR/DTD marinas.
renovated food courts at the all star resorts.

Make sure you book your fastpasses as soon as possible. I have even stayed awake to midnight to make fastpasses for 7 dwarves and Midway Mania and still did not get them as they were all gone. That is my #1 advice to you.
