Figment Update (SPOLIER)

Well I'm back from the parks...well, ok I'm still on vacation but out of Orlando. Anyhow, I was talking w/ a CM outside of Image Works and he let some info on JII slip. They're shooting for a early-mid June opening, but no official date yet. Also...SPOLIER....he talked about the last scene. According to him Figment will be singing One Little Spark while doing an assortment of things...painting, floating in a balloon, etc. From what I gathered it's supposed to be a cute finale. No word yet on a CM preview.

Other than that, there's still construction underway on Mission Space, with a Spring 2003 targeted opening date. Again, nothing official, and no one is talking details (I tried). Not too many juicy rumors aside from these 2 bits of news.

I'm sure Memorial Day is going to be swamped, glad I beat the crowds!

The new Figment merchandise should be good. I plan to go back either Aug. or Oct. to see Figment!

Do you know if the finale will be like the original one was? With only one animatronic Figment and a bunch of Figment's on screens doing that stuff behind him? :veryconfu I hope not. I want to see lots of Figments to make up for the lack of him in JIYI. Disney owes us!

From what the CM said --- it will be a bunch of animatronic figments doing the different things while singing One Little Spark. Of course, until it opens I can't confirm it.
