Universal have the rights to Marvel theme parks in Florida and will never give them up to Disney, as above link shows. If you want Marvel, visit Islands of Adventure.
In California it is expected there will be a Marvel expansion to California Adventure, but probably in 10 years time. By which point Universal will have all-new Marvel rides at Islands of Adventure.

Nothing is wrong with your question. It's just something that's been covered a bazillion times and you just joined so you wouldn't have known that. We were all new to these boards at one point too so don't sweat it.

Highly doubtful that WDW will get a new theme park considering the other parks are in disarray. AK is getting Pandora which is a plus, and DHS just recently got confirmed Toy Story land as well as Star Wars Land. I say just be happy with what is currently announced and wait for the other 3 parks Epcot, AK, and DHS to be on par with MK before thinking of another gate being opened.Disney planning a new park in the future ? the fifth theme park ? or not ?

They arne't planning a fifth park.
A fifth park isn't needed until Hollywood Studios is updated and Epcot has some new/replaced attractions.
Universal will probably open a third park before Disney even think about a fifth.

I believe it can happen but it will take very very very long. They will first add things to the other parks, to make them stronger for the future in terms of popularity, theme and worth. After this is done, they will think about a fifth gate( cant wait to see a fifth gate though). Also i wouldnt want a Marvel theme park. If Marvel ever goes to Walt Disney World( which could happen if they use movies as big hero 6, ant man, guardians of the galaxy etc.) i think it fits the studios best. A fifth gate based on legends or something would be great with areas like medieval England, ancient Greece, ancient China, Aztec kingdom, Valhalla etc.
