It is about three hours from Port Chrolette.....I hope that you are not going on a big yellow scool bus.....The charter busses with the movies, etc are fun.....I was a chaperone on my daughters EPCOT trip last year....remember....no running, stay with your group leader....this is a field trip to learn something about history or science... take notes about what kind of flora and fauna that you see and....... and .... and..... you know I was just kidding... GO WILD... RIDE everything.....have fun....just be back in time to get on the bus and sleep all the way home:)

Port Charolette is on the west coast (the best coast) of Florida... We loved the coach trip from here in Clear H2O.... even if it is only an hour and one-half..... the kids had a great time... I got off work... they got off school, and It was silent all the way back home:animwink:

Riding in a big yellow bus for 4 hours is fun!! I've done it 4 times!! All but one, we drove back the same day....8 hours on a bus, it's actually not as bad as it sounds. Wish I could go to WDW for a field trip, we get to go every other year with the band.....

*Sigh* People go to DisneyWorld with their schools, and it seems like I'm going everywhere but there! Heh, who knows, maybe my parents'll suprise me and bring me there after Nationals (Doubt it!)

I'm jealous! I'm going tomorrow as a teacher in charge of 27 ten and eleven year olds to Bushmills in "sunny" Northern Ireland!! The forecast is awful. Should be better than last year - snow, powercuts and trapped in the building due to foot and mouth disease!

*sigh* I'm sure my school would bring us there, IF we were a bit closer, of course. We go to 6 Flags and another amusement park every year as a whole school (which is pretty easy, considering the number of people we have, heh)...And my principal jokes around that we make all the other schools around here jealous, so that'd be just another opputunity to :sohappy:

Soo, I think I know the conclusion for this...I gotta move to Florida :D

Never did WDW for a School trip but I have done DL with Band for our "Fun" trip when I went to school at a private HS and then Disney closed down DL for the night to let CSF (California Scholarship Frederation) students play.. and that was fun as well. Hmmm actually come to think of it they COULD use DCA now as an educational trip if they wanted to lol. hmm...
