I recently returned from a wonderful trip in Europe and while boarding my flight, a piece of music was playing that sounded very similar to what you hear during the parade. Im linking a video to the parade soundtrack here. I was wondering if anyone on this site could aid me in finding this piece for I am no where near being a music expert, especially in the classical genre. The music I am specifically talking about is featured in the intro as well as around 3:06 in the video.

It has to be inspired by or taken from some classical piece because it is exactly what I heard. I have even discussed it with others who swear they have heard the instrumentals before. It must be something obscure because no one can seem to figure it out.
