In this time lapse posted today, it looks like the dragon was the last unit before the finale balloon in today's Festival of Fantasy? Anyone know what happened to the rest of the finale? Or am I just missing something.

It's removed from the parade anytime it is raining or there is a significant chance of rain/inclement weather. It rained during today's festival of fantasy
