fellow photographers or "digital SLR" users I need help quick!

Hi all, I'm going to EPCOT real soon with my canon digital rebel xti. I have found while searching online, that rides such as spaceship earth and journey into imagination can work quite well with a non flash setting of

ISO: 400-1600
exposure 1/30
arpeture 1.8

However I can't really find any suggestions for IllumiNations...anyone have any suggestions for settings? I will be using a mini tabletop tripod as well for the show. Thanks!

Higher ISO means more digital noise. When shooting fireworks, its almost like shooting at sun.

You dont need a really high ISO. 200 or 400 will be fine.

For fireworks a tripod or other solid base for the camera (be it a trash can or wall) is the most important thing IMHO

It totally depends on what shot youre looking for.

If youre looking for a long exposure, with multiple fireworks, I usually use a tripod and a shutter release, ISO 125 and f16-f18.

With Illuminations, the luminosity of the shells vary from shell to shell. For the finallie.... Good luck. Ive stopped a lens down to f/22 and cant to a timed exposure.

However..... If youre just wanting burst shots, Try a shutter priority mode, 1/10th of a sec at ISO400-800.
