Feb/March 2015 crowds

Unfortunately I haven't been to WDW this year ,but my family have stayed at The Swan each year the past 7 years.Luckily we are going again next year.we normally stay the last week of April and the first week of May .However in 2015 my dad wants to go a bit earlier ,so my question is when is the best time to go crowd wise in feburary and March
Any advice highly appreciated !

Good Question, I was just going to start a thread about what crowds may be like in March, we are thinking of that month for our trip...so I can't wait to see some replys.

The first week of feb is probably your best bet. You might do okay with the last week in feb, the half marathon is the 20-22 I believe, so crowds might die down right after.

I'm booked 2/23-3/1, and all the dates look good and green! Hopefully the weather won't be bad, and the Braves schedule says the 2013 champs will be in town for a game while were there. (Red Sox fan)

Where are you finding the spring training schedule? We are at the World from 2/19 to 3/01 and thought about catching a game or two but from what I have been able to find, games are not starting until 3/04. I know the official schedules are not up yet on MLB or ESPN/WWS so the 3/04 date can change.

That was supposed to read as "Hopefully... the schedule says"... I got a little excited thinking about seeing the Sox play in warmer-than-Boston weather! Previous years' schedules show games starting the last week of Feb., but nothing has been officially released yet. First of December is the general announce period. I'll be keeping an eye on it. Other than that, see ya there!

Early to mid February is great. Lower crowds. On President's Day weekend (Thursday before), it starts to get busy and pretty much remains that way until after Easter. Weather can be unpredictable, but that is also the case in March. March crowds are much heavier due to spring breaks.
