So in roughly a year, I'd like to make another trip to Disney. February is 'supposed' to be one of the lowest crowd months of the year. My question is, between Disneyland and Disney World, what park will have the lowest crowds during this time?

That's only true of certain weeks in February. You don't want to be at WDW during Presidents Week.

I'll add my barely informed opinion. My family did a long weekend at Disneyland for President's Day weekend a few years ago.

It wasn't terribly crowded, the weather was fantastic. It could have been "crowded" for Disneyland standards, but as a regular WDW visitor, it was no big deal.

Disneyland Park can feel crowded sometimes with the narrower paths, etc. But the actual ride wait times were fine. The worst line was maybe 60 minutes and it was so easy to get decent fastpasses. And DCA was just great, a lot less people, great food, decent rides and very well-designed walkways so you never get that overwhelming caught in the Fantasyland sweaty people vortex around Peter Pan and IASW.

SW:GE !!!

With it opening in WDW in the "fall" of 2019, WDW will easily be the most crowded HOWEVER if it is a success in DL with a June opening, you may still see peak crowds in Feb.

If you choose California, please plan for a lot of refurbishments during that time. Disneyland typically does a lot of refurbishments from Jan-May. If this will be your first trip to DL I highly suggest picking another time.

I’m going in a week here is a list of attractions closed:

-Sleeping Beauty Castle
-Splash Mtn
-Grizzley River Run
-Sailing Ship Columbia
-Fantasmic!
-Paint the Night
-World of Color
