I'll post a few to get us started....
For the first idea...Let's begin tearing down Horizons for good. That's sounds reasonable.
Let's also just take our merry time with it as well

....I can't believe Disney would tear it down in full view of guests. When I was recently at Disneyland, they had walls and even tarps covering the viewing areas at the Hungry Bear Restaurant so guests wouldn't see the construction of the Star Wars land.

True, I don't think they could've hidden the whole thing, but if you can see most of the crane tearing down the building, I would like to think they could've tried a little harder.
That's a lot of wreckage to be on display for that long of a period.
