Favorite (or least favorite) WDW gluten free dishes?

I've looked around the internet and can find lots of posts about what type of gluten free meals are available at each restaurant, and various trip reports where people talk about the quality of food, but nothing about what people's favorite meals are...so I figured what better place to ask than here?

Is there a particular gluten free dish that you just absolutely love and have to get every time you go to WDW? On the flip side, is there something you've ordered that came out horribly and you would never want to try again?

A couple years ago one member in our party was allergic to wheat, so she needed wheat-free items, not just gluten-free. Everywhere was very accommodating, though one thing that stands out in my memory was a flourless chocolate torte at Brown Derby that was an off-menu wheat-free dessert option. Had a bite, absolutely delicious.

In disney now with my gluten free grandson. His favorite has been gluten free cornbread at Whispering Canyon Cafe and the fact that he has been able to get Rolls at both Obama and Mama Melrose!

My DM loves the GF beignets at PORS. Not sure if that is just the novelty or if they are actually that good.

The quinoa salad at BOG for lunch. Yes and the ratatouille there at dinner is also EXCELLENT
