Favorite "Lost" Ride Effect

I was wondering, what your favorite "Lost" effect is ? as in any effect that you forgot about that was there (or you it thought existed but it didn't) or maybe was removed very early on in the attractions life ex: Hatbox Ghost. P.S. Someone will most likely bring up King Louie again lol but this is intended to be a fun thread so go ahead :)

My Personal favorite "lost" Effect is none other than the Haunted Mansion's Web man. There is proof in the blueprints that he existed and numerous people have said they worked there and saw him.

The original armory scene in Pirates of the Caribbean.

Currently where Jack Sparrow sits on a throne, the original scene featured a group of drunken pirates having taken over the Spanish armory....the guards are tied up to the chairs and the pirates are drunkenly taking pot shots at each other. Every so often, one of them would shoot the barrel of "Rum" by your boat and a stream of liquid would jet out of it.

The original hitchhiking ghosts probably, new effect just doesn't read as realistically as it should much of the time.

That and the widescreen curtains in Ellen

The original final sequence of Kilimanjaro Safaris, which involved chasing down poachers who are shooting at you, then cornering them and saving Little Red the baby elephant. Last time I remember this actual sequence was a trip in 2008. In 2011, the poacher shootout and chase was missing, but you still found their camp and Little Red.

And today, it's all gone.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I distinctly remember "Wilson" being animated and waving at the truck as you drove past. @marni1971 did that ever really happen, or am I just dreaming?

I forgot about the poacher jeep! Even going to animal kingdom regularly since it opened I only ever saw it work once - but it was really cool.

Big Red can also definitely count as a lost ride effect due to her being removed very early on (I think before the park officially opened)

Every time I rode the Safari, there wasn't an animated Wilson, but there was a CM whose job it was to wave and say "We saved Little Red" I remember telling DH that I wanted that job. BTW, I thought it was cool that on the last day of the Little Red story line, after the park closed, the CMs at KS had a party for Little Red's leaving/retiring, complete with a cake. I thought that was cool!
