I was originally going to say Tomorrowland (the new Tomorrowland) but since Disney can't seem to make up its mind on tinkering with it (Timekeeper already closing, etc.), Frontierland makes it up whole heartedly. It has two E-rides including what I consider the top ride in the park, Splash Mountain. The theming on both mountains is well done. The train stop in the area also helps.
Tomorrowland seems to suffer from a distinct lack of space between attractions. You could stand at the end of the Avenue of Planets and be near the entrances to both Buzz Lightyear and Alien Encounter, see the entrance to Timekeeper, and be within a minute's walk to the Astro Orbitor and TTA. Then the crowd all moves all in one heap to Space Mountain.
