Where is your favorite place to boat in WDW, and what boat do you like to rent?

Renting a water mouse and cruising around seven seas lagoon is unbeatable. There's a ton of other boat traffic, plenty of sites to see and ample room to cruise around at higher speeds (well, as high as you can get in a water mouse )

I'm partial to the Sassagoula myself. Specifically, taking a peddle boat from Dixie Landings all the way to the Marketplace is a lot of fun. The waterway is cool and shaded, and it twists through the Florida cypress forest. If you want to, you can also take a short diversion to OKW.

i've never actually boated at wdw, but love boating in general...

can someone tell me what a water mouse is? i would like to find something as similar to a wave runner though i doubt they have any of those there since they tend to be so controversial...

any suggestions?

They have nothing similiar to a wave runner. The best bet is the watermouse and it doesn't have nearly as much HP.

that's what i was afraid of... thanks for the info... guess i will stick with boating just 3 months of the year...

oh well.. there is certainly plenty of other stuff to enjoy at disney...

Even though they areen't as fast they are still a lot of fun. If you boat in the MK area the waves from the resort boats are great so that makes up for the speed. They are fast, just not waverunners.
