Fastpass+ vs. ExpressPass

EMH is also giving people who have more money an extra bonus. Disney hotels, in any price range, are much more than you'd pay for the same money offsite. People pay exta for the Disney. So, the richer people are getting that bonus. They just didn't care enough about it to stay in the Disney hotels.

At Uni, you get the EP when you stay in the hotels. :) They are nicer than Disney hotels, have better service and are generally cheaper than Disney's.

Food for thought!

Everyone gets equal access to fastpass during the day, the parks just stay open later for resort guests. I feel it is different. Last I checked the uni hotel was well over $280 a night, when they open the moderate rooms I saw they start at $120. I may check into that. I've never paid over $170 a night at Disney, and always had moderate or better. I just don't like the general idea you can walk into the park and uni, pay 40-90 extra on top of your ticket and jump everyone else with not as much money.

Again, people who stay in Disney hotels are paying a LOT more for what they get than ones who stay offsite. You have to be willing to throw some money away to stay in a hotel with the Disney name on it. They're people with a little (or a lot) of extra money to burn. And they get EMHs (and soon, FPP) for that money.

Uni isn't the only one giving perks away with their rooms. Disney does it, too. Uni just does it better. AND Uni gives you the option of buying a reduced version, even if you don't stay in their hotels. So far, Disney hasn't allowed those who stay offsite to get any of the extra perks at all.

I honestly think Uni is more fair about it than Disney. But I do see where you're coming from. :)

I prefer Express Pass because there are far fewer people using it thus less stoppage of the standby line. I don't use Express Pass by the way.
