Are you sure you are 60 days out and not 61? If you were booking today, I think the window would open only if your resort stay starts on July 5.

first, it's probably the system being wonk-y. terrible IT dept there IMHO
second, when you booked, they probably sent you a booklet, in there is a cute little cut out thing-y with the 180 day and 60 days dates noted for you.
check it and make sure it was today, as above posters said, sometimes what you consider 60 out, they consider 61. and if it IS tomorrow not today, you can book at midnight, not 6 AM. 6AM is for dining, so stay up late instead of get up early

You can book those days because anyone with a valid ticket can book FP+ up to 30 days in advance. Since you have a valid ticket linked to your account, you can book those days regardless of any resort stay.
Well, I guess I am off and you can book for resort stays that start on July 4 today. I never paid much attention as to how they count the days but today might be day 1 of the 60 days (which I think would make July 4 day 60 and thus make July 5 day 61 and not open yet)

Fastpasses open up at midnight EST. If you're wanting to book an Anna and Elsa meet and greet, your best shot at that is being online at 12:00 EST tonight (and possibly for 7DMT as well... I'm not sure how quickly those are going). For everything else, waiting until tomorrow morning shouldn't be an issue, but I wasn't sure what you were wanting to get.

Yeah, I'm not sure why the CM on the phone told you 6 am... dining and Fastpass are two different components and have next to nothing in common in terms of functionality within MDE lol.
For Anna and Elsa, I'm not sure how long your trip is or how flexible you can be with which park you do which days, but you'll probably have the best luck finding times on days later in your trip than at the beginning. A lot of people are finding that the times that fall on the beginning of their trips are already gone because others whose 60-day windows opened up first (their trips started sooner) had those times already.
Also, you may have to toy with the idea of looking for Anna and Elsa for individuals in your party instead of booking them as a group. This will work just fine as long as the arrival times all overlap.
