fastpass+ & regular fastpass

i'm sure there is a thread on this topic somewhere, but i can't find it, so i thought i'd ask again.

i booked my fastpass+ choices online. will i still be able to hit up the kioks for fastpasses 'the old fashioned way'? if not, it almost seems like fastpass+ users get the rotten end of the stick because others will be able to use one fastpass after another, as long as they are available, which could likely amount to way more than three.

i've asked a few disney cast members but i'm not getting a clear answer.

I suggest trying your luck but Halloween week I tried all my room keys and got extras at Soaring and Test Trak and Big Thunder ,Jungle Cruise and Space Mnt. They even worked when I entered at 4 pm Oct 31 for the Halloween party and my WDW pass had expired on Oct 30. I am guessing this will make FP crazy during the holidays.
