Fastpass+ Kiosk locations?

Does anyone know the location of the fastpass+ kiosks for making changes to your reservations are in each of the four parks?

And do they also have one in the lobby of participating resorts?

These seem pretty sparse right now. I was there for a few days in October, and don't recall seeing any. Although, I can't say I was looking either. I wonder how much they're being used? I would imagine that a good majority of people entering the parks have a smart phone and use that.

Any comments from anybody who has used them? How easy were they to find and use?

Doesn't seem to be very many to me! Does anyone know how crowded these are? I'll be taking my phone but don't know how reliable Disney's Wifi will be!

Very good question. As a Florida Resident, I have a Weekday Select Pass so can't make FP+ choices for Sunday. I want to upgrade to the Seasonal but can't do it over the phone. I have to do it on-site at a Guest Relations. So day-of, after upgrading, hopefully I can use a kiosk to make FP+ right then and there.
